Information you provide: name, practice name, email, phone number(s), mailing/shipping/billing address, dental license number, NPI, specialty, role, and any other information you submit through our registration or contact forms.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, UTM parameters, and click identifiers (such as Google's gclid and Meta's fbclid) — collected via cookies and similar technologies including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpot tracking.

We do not collect protected health information (PHI) about patients through this Site. Do not submit patient PHI through any public form.

2. How we use information

• Respond to your inquiries and onboard your practice as a customer.
• Send transactional account, case, and order updates.
• With your consent, send marketing communications by email, SMS, or phone.
• Measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and improve our website.

By checking the SMS / contact consent box on our registration form, you consent to receive calls and text messages (including by automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice) from Next Dental Lab at the number(s) you provide, for account, case, and marketing purposes. 5. Cookies & tracking

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. You may opt out of Google Analytics via the Google opt-out add-on. You can manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook account settings.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations. We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
