1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Site.

2. Registration & accuracy

When you submit information through our registration forms, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about you, your practice, and the individuals you represent. You confirm that you are authorized to provide that information on behalf of your practice.

3. No professional services through the Site

Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not dental, medical, legal, or professional advice. Lab services are governed by a separate written agreement between Next Dental Lab and the customer practice.

4. Promotional offers

The "$50 new practice credit" and similar promotional offers shown on the Site apply only to qualifying new dental practice accounts, are subject to verification, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, photos, and software — is owned by Next Dental Lab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
