Program Terms

The details, in plain language.

The Scanner Reimbursement Program is offered by Next Dental Lab to qualifying dental practices. By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined here and in your signed enrollment application.

Eligibility

Available to new customers, or existing customers transitioning from physical impressions to fully digital workflows.

How it Works

Upon enrollment, a reimbursement term, minimum monthly digital case volume, and monthly credit amount are established based on your scanner purchase price.

Digital Cases Required

Credits apply exclusively to digital cases. Physical impressions, stone models, and non-digital methods don't qualify.

Monthly Minimum

Credits are issued monthly. Your digital case submissions must meet or exceed the agreed minimum dollar volume.

No Rollover

Credits and case volume don't carry over month to month. Each calendar month is evaluated independently.

Term

The Program runs for the number of months specified in your enrollment application. Credits won't be issued beyond the agreed term, regardless of cumulative case volume or remaining reimbursement balance.
