How the workflow runs

Scan and submit
Upper and lower STL/PLY scans, bite, photographs, and your treatment objectives.

Review the setup
We return a staged digital setup. You request changes until it matches your plan.

Fabricate and deliver
Aligner stages are produced and shipped with a prepaid label; retainers follow at completion.
We accept STL and PLY files from iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Primescan, and Carestream. Not scanning yet? A scanner can be fully reimbursed through monthly case credits.

Frequently asked questions
Do I keep control of the aligner treatment plan?
Yes. Every setup and stage is returned for your approval before fabrication. We do not treat the patient or contact them — the case stays entirely in your practice.
What records do you need for a clear aligner case?
Upper and lower intraoral scans (STL or PLY), a bite record, intraoral and extraoral photographs, and a written statement of your treatment objectives.
Are retainers included?
Retainers are quoted with the case up front so the total is known before you start, rather than billed as an add-on at completion.
How is this different from a direct-to-consumer aligner brand?
There is no consumer brand in the relationship. We are your lab: you diagnose, you plan, you approve, and the patient remains your patient.
Can you handle refinements?
Yes. Mid-course refinement stages are supported. Send an updated scan and we re-stage from the current position.
Do I need an intraoral scanner?
It helps, but no. We accept traditional impressions, and practices without a scanner can have one fully reimbursed through our monthly case-credit program.
