We accept STL and PLY files from iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Primescan, and Carestream. Not scanning yet? A scanner can be fully reimbursed through monthly case credits.

Yes. Send the shade tab designation or photographs with the case. For difficult anterior matches we recommend a photo series alongside the scan.
What happens if a crown does not seat?
Fit-related remakes are covered. We keep the original design file, so the remake is fabricated from the same data rather than re-designed from scratch.
Is there a minimum case volume?
No. Practices commonly send one case to evaluate quality before moving volume, and registration is free with a $50 credit toward the first case.
